There are only four more days in this school year! Hurray! In those four days, I must find homes for over fifty guppies. We started the year with four guppies, one male and three females, in our classroom aquarium. Despite occasionally forgetting to feed them, accidentally turning the tank off over Christmas vacation, and making no effort to save babies, we ended up with a huge number of guppies. Any kid that passed my class this year or last (about 170 kids) is eligible to claim a guppy. I really hope they do! Anyone in the market for some promiscuous fish?
Nope. Thanks though. ;) I hope the kids take you up on the offer! Otherwise I guess you'll be doing a lot of flushing? :P
ReplyDeleteI will NOT be flushing! That's horrible! I only had one kid bring a permission slip. I gave the aquarium and all it's residents to my co-teacher. She is a PETA person, so the babies are not in danger of flushing.
